On March 6, 2020, the AMCB Foundation (through its Bangladesh entity AMCB Foundation Bangladesh), will distribute saris to about 100 poor and needy rural women in a village in Central Bangladesh. A sari is a basic piece of clothing for adult women in Bangladesh, especially in rural areas.
Distributing clothing to women is part of the AMCB Foundation’s larger goals of raising the standard of living for rural families in Bangladesh. We are working to provide basic medical care, food, clothing, blankets, school supplies, and sanitary items to the people who need it the most. Check back after March 6 for photos and more information about our event! If you are interested in helping us provide more clothing in Bangladesh, please donate by clicking here.
