AMCB Foundation fundraising to provide safety equipment to COVID-19 frontline workers in Greater San Antonio
The AMCB Foundation is participating in the Big Give San Antonio Emergency Relief Fundraiser. Through this fundraiser, non-profit organizations across greater San Antonio are raising money to help those affected by COVID-19.
As part of this event, the AMCB Foundation is raising money to provide COVID-19 safety equipment to several San Antonio area hospitals and the San Antonio Food Bank.
100 percent of all donations made to AMCB Foundation through the Big Give SA will be used to purchase supplies for frontline workers.
With all donations, the AMCB Foundation will purchase N-95 masks (or an acceptable alternative such as KN-95 masks if the N-95 is unavailable), disposable surgical masks, disposal gowns, eye protection items (face shields and safety goggles), latex gloves, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, and disinfecting surface wipes.
The AMCB Foundation will donate N-95 masks, disposable surgical masks, disposable gowns, eye protection items, latex gloves, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, and disinfecting wipes to hospitals. The masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, and disinfecting wipes will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank to protect their frontline workers who are distributing food to those in need from the COVID-19 pandemic.
