April 2017 Medical Clinics

​After months of planning and fundraising from a small group of dedicated donors, we were able to conduct several medical clinics in the region of Munshiganj, in Bangladesh.

These clinics were a tremendous success- we were able to treat 1000 people most of whom did not have access to regular care and many who had never seen a doctor before.

​Children were an important focus for us.  Two of our four medical clinics focused on children. We conducted our clinics over a three and a half week period. In between clinic days our team focused on building a strong logistical framework for future medical services.

These four one day clinics are only the beginning. We have started the initial phase of construction on a permanent clinic, where the villagers in this region will have permanent access to medical care.  Click here for more information about the construction of our clinic.
